Staff and users

Staff/user records define who belongs to a tenant, what role they have, and which operational modules they can access. Crew records can attach to these users when a person is both a login and a schedulable worker.

TODO(supabase): Replace these mock forms with Supabase writes scoped by organization_id, enforced through Auth session membership and RLS.

Create staff and users

Mock create flow. Values are preview-only and do not persist yet.

Edit selected staff and users

Mock edit flow using the first seeded tenant record.
