This route simulates the customer-specific setup link generated after payment. Today it validates against mock tokens; later it can read Supabase setup token records created by Stripe webhooks.

Future token workflow

Stripe webhook confirms payment, Supabase stores a single-use setup token, STG emails the link, and this route resumes the onboarding wizard for that tenant.
